Cancelation Policy
Please read carefully!
CANCELLATION BY MOONPATH: If a minimum number of registrations are not received 30 days prior to the start date, the program may be cancelled. If Moonpath cancels a program due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a full refund in the form of a mailed check.
CANCELLATION BY YOU: To enroll in a Moonpath program is to say “yes” to a potentially life-changing journey. It’s not unusual for fear, resistance, or an apparent scheduling conflict to surface as the time of your program nears. We believe that whatever arises is a part of your journey and is ripe with opportunity and meaning. The following cancellation policy is designed to support you in honoring your commitment and to support our staff and guides as they prepare for your program:
1. Deposits for field programs and program fees for online immersions are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel a program for any reason, your deposit is forfeited.
2. Payment above the deposit will not be held as an account credit and will be refunded in the form of a mailed check, with exceptions noted below.
3. If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less before the start of a 5-day immersion or online program, all payment is forfeited.
4.These policies stand even if there is a waitlist for the program and we are able to fill your spot.
5. In the rare event a credit or refund is offered for an extreme situation, a $100 processing fee will be applied.
PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: Payment of the non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit reserves your space in a program – registrations are not complete and your space is not reserved until the full deposit has been received. Deposit amounts are 40% of the program cost and are indicated on the registration form. For online immersions, full non-refundable payment is due at the time of registration and your space is not reserved until full payment has been received.
Final Payment: Final payment is due no less than one week prior to the program start date. Please submit your final payment to this website under Offerings – Make a Payment.
When registering less than 30 days prior to the start date of a program, payment of the entire program fee is required. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
OTHER
For our most of our offerings we do not allow couples, partners, family members. Please see inquire through our contact form for more information on why we hold that policy.
It is standard procedure for Moonpath to share your full name, pronouns, gender, email address and phone number with everyone attending your program along with the program guides. This is so you may contact one another before or after completing the program (i.e. carpooling purposes, email council, etc). By agreeing to our policies and procedures, you consent to the sharing of this information with those attending your program.
Please note that all participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from each program.
No weapons are allowed at any of our programs.
Please leave all mood/perception altering substances at home.

Moonpath LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Moonpath also reserves the right to screen participants for compatibility with our programs. For the safety of all participants, we require that participants be in good physical, mental, and emotional health.
Our programs can be physically and psychologically challenging. We reserve the right to refuse service based on our assessment of these or other criteria.
