Are you in need of learning or honing skills and techniques in the kitchen to accommodate new dietary requirements and healing processes?
Are you interested in adding quality, flavor, and beauty to the food you prepare?

Would you like to learn how to raise the vibrational properties of your food in order to optimize its nutrient content?
Erica is a trained professional chef who provides group cooking classes and private cooking instruction.
Private Classes:
Receive personalized, one-on-one cooking instruction from Chef Erica on a topic of your choice, or choose from a variety of topics listed below.
Price = Market Price of food + $50/hour.
**Classes are 2 hours in length and take place in your own personal kitchen.
Group Classes:
Create your own private cooking class!
Gather all of your friends and family for a learning experience like no other. Whatever the reason, Chef Erica is yours for the day or evening.
Here’s how it works

Choose a cooking topic from the list below.

Gather a group of friends and family, minimum 5 people, and decide a date.

Call Chef Erica, and confirm date, time and selected class.

Chef Erica will email the details of the class and an invitation to your guests.

Receive a two-hour demonstration style class, complete with recipe booklet.

Learn, eat and connect to the sacred elements of nourishment!
Classes can be scheduled for any time or date mutually available.
Private classes require a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 13.
The class fee is $35.00 per person, pre-payment one week before the class date.
Cancellation policy: payment in full for the class if not cancelled one week or more in advance of the class.
